Soil health

We offer the full range of soil analysis via our relationship with Brookside laboratories. We have had good results with their soil health tool and chemical analysis. Once we have determined the soil health and chemical profile we will recommend a remediation strategy. Our strategies focus on build soil life, health, and organic carbon content through the planting of complex cover crops to build diverse soil life.

 

Plant health

The cornerstone of our plant health program is brix testing which the measuring for the dissolved solids in the plant sap. We have found this simple, cheap method to be highly effective in building plant health economically by enabling the customer to determine exactly what the plant needs when and also to be able to measure the effectiveness of any program or product. The days of “spray and pray” are over. We empower our client to take full control of their plant's health.

 

Water usage

The old saying that water is the best fertilizer has never been truer, as water becomes an ever rarer and expensive resource. We enable our client to get the most out of their water resources through cutting edge automation, enabling them to irrigate when is most effective regardless of the time from anywhere.

 

Electricity usage

Electricity is very expensive in South African and one of the easiest and cheapest places to cut costs in a farming operation. Through our partnerships with leading suppliers and installers, we are able to cost-effectively reduce our customer’s electricity costs. Though our purpose built pump units we have been able to attain revolutionary power and cost savings through the matching and integration of components giving our customers more performance at a lower cost, not only at purchase but throughout the unit's life cycle.
